In the role of Recruitment Business Partner, you will be expected to challenge the status quo. We’re looking for a Senior with exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and collaboration skills to join our Talent Acquisition team at Vanderlande. Someone who can build dynamic relationships with candidates, peers, hiring managers, and HR business partners. Someone who is able to juggle operational delivery with strategic thinking. You will play a vital role in quality and process improvement as you will use data and analytics to provide insights to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient. We are a team of approximately 20 professionals, including 4 Recruitment Business Partners (RBP). The RBP position we have currently vacant, will focus on the Technology / CTO pillar.
